In your role there willbe ranks to work up in to get just below the Capio.
It will work by you doing stuff for your Capio and he will reward you with your rank and you keep on doing it until your the highest and respected rank in you role.
This will be taking place over the next week or so.

will there be rewards within your role as you go up ranks i.e you get to choose where to go in a building if you were a bodyguard from a choice of positions rather than being told ,go there.

exactly that ate you get higher up the ranks the more you can do yourself but if you dont do what your told you wont get up there and its the same for the higher ranks as well if they dont do it right thety will be put down ranks.
